Borgrim lived with the village leaders family for a few years. He was very obedient and became very close to the family, except for the village leader. The family consisted of Terus, the village leader, Melra, his wife, Terza, the daughter, and Telum, the young son. Borgrim had a secret relationship with Terza, although he would be executed on the spot if anyone ever found out. The Seaceans were a people of magic, with very little use of technology, as they had no need for it.
One day the leader of the village received a very important gift. His house was to be the one to protect an ancient dagger known as the "Morax", which had been been stolen from a great wizard named Sket, Who has been tormenting both Humans and Seaceans alike for decades. The dagger was stolen from him by a close member of his army. In retaliation, that great wizard slaughtered all of his elite soldiers. Sket was that powerful, and his blade possesses powers that should not be tampered with by anyone. Terus was a powerful wizard on his second life, he was the perfect candidate to be trusted to guard this evil weapon.
The next day Melra sent Terza to the village square to acquire food, and naturally, Borgrim was sent to accompany her. On the way, they spotted Telum, who was a pretty weak child, being picked on by other boys. Terza stood up for her younger brother, but it didn't do much good, as she was outnumbered. Seeing her being tormented by bullies, Borgrim stepped in.
"Hey, cut it out, just leave us be." He reluctantly chimed in, he knew with that he was in for some trouble. "Oh, so the slave wants some too? I suggest you learn your place human!" Borgrim didn't hesitate in punching the head bully in the face, but maybe he should have... "YOU FILTHY HUMAN!" he cried out in pain. The bullies friends summoned fire and roasted the shit out of him. Borgrim was brought to the healing center, and then arrested to be put on trial.
