A bit of back story/regarding the future of this series

So everything you've read up till now was churned out in 5 hours. In a booze fueled spree of nostalgia, I decided to write this story conceived back around winter 2006, summer 2007. I'd like to give you a little back story.

It began as my own story in the universe of one created by another person, referred to in this story as Aether (and other names throughout the mythology) after a psychedelic experience and the dreams that followed shortly thereafter (and some more psychedelic experiences in the same place after that). As time grew, as details were drawn, the differences became too difficult to compound upon each other, and thus, the universes were split. I didn't want to change what he had already set in concrete, and I was too content with where my story was headed to change it.

I owe much credit to him for the backstory to this universe, I have only taken what little facts about it that I knew of it, and used it to supplement my story which was very much in it's infant stages (it was the forest of Narm, lame, I know). A universe centered around the 9 gods, 2 specific planets within that universe, and gates that lead to the negative side of that universe. As I learned more of his universe, I began changing my story to fit, but soon it became too much to change, most particularly about the 9 gods, which in my story, more reflected friends in our small social circle. I'm pretty sure it's the same with his story too, but I'm not sure, it's been a long time, the finer details are lost on me.

If for whatever reason you've started reading these stories, I thank you. It'd be cool if people read them, but I'm just fulfilling the will of my past, that these stories be posted, and last forever. It would be nice if these could be transferred to other media, comic books, animated shorts, video games, movies? Hah that'd be funny. The most I could hope for is to finish those old songs and record them. Most were finished, just never recorded, the finished ones however are tabbed and available on the youtube channel. The songs cover the story of The Dark Forest all the way to where it splits and joins The Man from the Sky. About 2 1/2 albums worth of music, I'm doing other things now adays, but will get to it eventually. Thanks for reading.
